Swimming with the Dolphins Part 2!

Wednesday night saw us attending the NCEIA 2010 Dolphin Awards in Lismore. MC was the crack up Mandy Nolan with live performances from DSMU, the Koi Kids, Wild Jester and Hussy Hicks amongst others.

I was a joint finalist in Category 22: Promotional Artwork & Website.
Roy Wilders had nominated us for the website and promo album we worked on together for his latest album, From There To Here, to be released very soon. View said artwork here!

Thankfully, our award was the first to be announced, so I wasn't in limbo all night…and we won!! I now have a massive perspex paper weight award with dolphins on it for my photography and design…wrapped!

Have been to a few of these Dolphin Awards now and each year it just confirms the diversity, high level and growing musical talent on the North Coast. No matter what your taste in music…there is something to make everyone's ears happy.
